Dr Heidi Ellermeier grew up in Champaign, Illinois. She attended the University of Illinois and received her undergraduate degree in 2009 and her DVM in 2013. Dr. Ellermeier remained in Illinois following graduation and has primarily practiced small animal emergency care before moving to Arizona in 2019. Her professional interests include urgent care, exotic pet wellness, internal medicine, hospice care, animal behavior and genetic health. In her spare time, she enjoys growing orchids, participating in AKC rally/conformation, and spending time with her family. She joined our team in August 2023!
